Tony Barilla has more than 3 decades experience advising clients on their health insurance needs. He has built a strong long-standing relationship with his clients, and you can find him in the office sharing his passion for Medicare. Tony over the years has enjoyed the opportunity to speak at several client events specifically on topics of health insurance planning. Through the years his practice has grown exponentially and is thriving. He has been able to move into 2 new offices and finally landed in his current office in Lake Elmo. Tony has enjoyed working on his new office with Nicci and Tom, the design they choose really elevates the client experience when they are in the office.
Community Service is important to Tony and throughout the years he has supported The Live Strong Program through The Woodbury YMCA where he also served on the board. In addition to, Tony supports The Veterans Memorial of Woodbury and The Christian Cupboard Emergency Food Shelf in Oakdale. Tony is also a former member of The Men’s Club at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Oakdale, Minnesota. A fun fact, every summer you could find The Men’s Club and Tony winning best fair food for their famous cheese curds at different family festivals. They are still talked about at these events.
Sports have always played a big part in Tony’s life. Some of Tony’s accomplishments during his softball career include a Minnesota State Championship, a National Championship, 5 World championships, National Manager of the year Award, Member of The Minnesota Senior Sports Hall of Fame, and member of the inaugural class of The Minnesota USSSA Hall of Fame.
Tony lives in Woodbury with his wife Jolin, the two of them enjoy family dinners and trips with their two children’s families to which they were blessed with 6 grandchildren. Tony and Jolin love and enjoy traveling to the surrounding states of Minnesota but have been finding much joy in spending part of the winters snow-birding down to Florida for an extended stay in the palm trees.
